Shipping & Returns

GENERAL INFORMATION:  Because all of our products are custom made, please allow 4-6 weeks for shipment of handbags and 2-3 weeks for shipment of jewelry and unity candles, depending on our workload at the time.. International orders of handbags and jewelry should anticipate approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery.  Unity Candles are not shipped internationally.

SHIPPING METHODS - DOMESTIC:  Our products are carefully wrapped to ensure a safe arrival. Continental US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location.  Once your package is shipped, we are NOT responsible for delays in shipping or situations out of our control.  We reserve the right to change shipping vendors at our discretion.

SHIPPING METHODS - INTERNATIONAL:  International orders are shipped insured via the Postal Service and depending on your location can take 6-10 days for delivery.  If you will need your product sooner, please email us ASAP and we will ship your package via Express Mail, which usually arrives within a week.  Additional shipping charges will apply.  Once the package is shipped, we are not responsible for unanticipated delays through Customs, nor are we responsible for Customs taxes or duties or any other delays beyond our control.

ABOUT YOUR PAYMENT: Credit card approval must be obtained at the time your order is placed. You will receive a follow-up e-mail confirming the total of your order, including shipping and handling charges and sales tax. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has shipped.

EVERYWHERE ELSE:  $25.00

RETURNS: We fully guarantee all of our products to be made to your satisfaction. However, because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
