Q: What types of materials do you use and where do you get them?
A: All of our products are made use only the finest materials, such as feathers, Swarovski crystals, fine imported European & domestic ribbons, silk fabrics, silk flowers, metallic trims, gemstones and many other materials that we source & purchase directly from suppliers all over the US & Europe.
Q: I’m getting married and would like to have one of your products customized for my bridal party. Can you do this?
A: In most cases, we can customize one of our unique designs just for you. Please send an e-mail to leighann@leighannkline.com with "Custom Request" in the subject line. Include the following information: Type of Product Desired, Which Product You Want Customized, Color Desired, Quantity Needed, Date Needed, Your Name, E-Mail Address, Any Comments or Detailed Information you’d like to provide. We will e-mail you with a Custom Quote within 48 hours of receipt of your "Custom Request".
Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
A: All of our products are hand-embellished with great care in our Pennsylvania studio. Orders are processed in the order they were received or in some cases by wedding date. Because of the custom nature of our products, please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for receipt of handbags and 2-3 weeks for receipt of jewelry and unity candles. We will notify you if there is a delay. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Leigh-Ann Kline Weddings cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
How is the merchandise shipped?
A: Our products are carefully wrapped to ensure a safe arrival. Continental US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days, depending on your location. We reserve the right to change shipping vendors at our discretion.
Your credit card is charged at the time of order. You will receive a follow-up e-mail confirming the total of your order, including shipping charges and sales tax, if applicable. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has shipped.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Only our handbags and jewelry are shipped internationally. We do not ship our candles internationally because of the risk of melting in warmer climates.
Q: Which credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept Visa & Mastercard.
Q: Is my credit card safe?
A: Yes, we make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to ensure it remains private and secure.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: Yes. Just pick up the phone and leave a message at 610-551-4633. Someone will call you back within 1 business day. You may also fax your order to 610-489-6013.
Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: Only Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% sales tax.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Cancellations are accepted after two days of order being placed. We request an e-mail within two days for proper methods to cancel your order. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please e-mail us at leighann@leighannkline.com.
Q: How can I check on the status of my order?
A: The best way to find out about your order is to go to the Order Tracking section on our website, fill in your information and an e-mail will be sent with the status of your order.
Q: Can I return merchandise?
A: Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
Q. What if my merchandise is damaged in shipment?
A: Your package is mailed insured through USPS. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for further instructions: e-mail leighann@leighannkline.com and reference your order number.
Q: What other information do I need to know about?
A: We at Leigh-Ann Kline Weddings proudly stand behind the quality and integrity of our product line and guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased through Leigh-Ann Kline online. Due to the uniqueness of the product line, all flowers are hand-arranged and may differ slightly from what you have seen on our website. On rare occasions, we will need to substitute jewelry or trims that are used on our bags due to availability by our suppliers. We can guarantee that the replacement will be equally as gorgeous.
